After a successful couple of years at the helmJosh is moving on to pastures new within the estate. He has worked hard to growthe business especially after its recent and very significant investment.

This opens up the fantastic opportunity for aGeneral Manager to join an amazing site in Bel & The Dragon Cookham. Thisis a truly special role being the key figure in one of the countrys oldestcoaching inns. This is a heavily food focused restaurant business needingsomeone with sound food & wine knowledge.

On site there is a strong team with newlyappointed Head Chef and two Deputy Managers supporting you front of house.

Sales fluctuate between 40000 and 80000 perweek seasonally it peaks in the winter but remains strong throughout thesummer with its large outdoor terrace. The split is in favour of food 60/40 withrooms equating to 10-20% of overall revenue; the hotel is proving especiallypopular since its investment.

Cookham is an affluent area with the leader ofthe business needing to play a role within the community and developingrelationships will be key to its continued success. A natural host and floorfirst mentality is a key attribute for the applicant to have.

Bel & the Dragon Cookham is a complexity bandE business; therefore it would suit an existing General Manager looking fortheir next challenge.
