General Manager Canary Wharf Crossrail

Were looking for a passionate General Manager to lead the team at one of our busiest locations - Notes Canary Wharf Crossrail.

As the General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the shop runs smoothly delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving profitability. Your leadership will inspire the team to create a welcoming environment maintain high standards of quality and build strong relationships with customers.

Salary: up to 45000 per annum

Shifts: any 5 days out of 7 including weekends and evenings

Contract: Full Time Permanent

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry
• Excellent communication organisational and problem-solving skills
• A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service
