General Labourer

We are looking for reliable General Labourers to support our groundwork teams on sites across Ashford. You will assist tradespeople across a variety of site tasks keeping work areas safe and materials well stocked to support programme delivery.

• Assisting tradespeople with material handling site preparation and general maintenance tasks
• Replenishing materials and maintaining clean safe site conditions
• Ensuring safe access routes are maintained at all times
• Working safely around live services and following health & safety protocols
• Carrying out daily pre-start safety checks on equipment
• Reporting maintenance requirements to site management

• CSCS Labourer card or GQA Labourer with relevant experience
• Strong understanding of general labouring tasks on construction sites
• Proactive with good time management skills
• Reliable punctual and able to work well with other trades
• Right to work in the UK

• CPCS / NPORS (CSCS-affiliated) Forward Tipping Dumper*
• CPCS / NPORS* Ride-On Roller
• CAT & Genny Training
• Safety Critical Medical
• 12 years of construction labouring experience

* Please note: to comply with client requirements we can only accept NPORS cards that are CSCS-affiliated and carry the CSCS hologram. If you do not currently meet this requirement please still get in touch we are happy to guide you through the transfer process.
