General Foreman

M Group Water are now looking for a General Forman / Site Supervisor to join the water and wastewater capital delivery team specifically for the Sidcup area. This is a Hybrid working role which will see you travel to the Sidcup office and sites across Sidcup and surrounding areas full UK driving license and positive approach to Hybrid working required.

We help our clients safeguard the water supply improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. Were problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

This role sits within our Water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing

Youll lead and coordinate day-to-day site operations across water and wastewater capital projects ensuring activities are delivered safely efficiently and to programme. Working closely with project teams youll oversee site supervisors and operatives drive productivity maintain quality standards and champion a strong health and safety culture.

Youll support the planning and delivery of works on live infrastructure sites ensuring resources materials and site activities are effectively managed to achieve successful project outcomes.

What youll bring

• Do you have experience working within the water industry While not essential this is highly desirable due to the nature of the role.
• Do you havehands-on experience delivering utility installation projects
• Have you successfully led site teams in a General Foreman Foreman Supervisor or similar operational leadership role
• Do you have a strong understanding of health and safety legislation with a proven track record of promoting safe systems of work on site
• Do you hold a valid SMSTS or SSSTS qualification as well as aNRSWA Supervisory (Streetworks) accreditation
• Have you got good working knowledge of COSHH regulations
• Do you hold a full UK driving licence and have the flexibility to travel between our Sidcup office and project sites across the region
