Working hours:39 hours per week 8:00am4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am3:30pm Friday paid overtime opportunities available(subject to business need)

Whatyoullbe doing

• Carrying out general building repairs including brickwork paving fencing gates unblocking drains and associated works

• Attending and completing all required training toolbox talks and e-learning modules

• Communicating professionally and empathetically with customers colleagues and local stakeholders

• Carrying out work safely and professionally ensuring customers homes are left clean and secure

• Using PDA/mobile technology to receive update and manage repair jobs efficiently

• Producingaccuraterecords including before-and-after photographs and detailed job notes

Whatyoullneed

• NVQ level 2 is desirable however not essential or equivalent recognised competency in Bricklaying/General Building

• Experience in the built environment ideally across multiple trades

• Core trade experience in joinery with working knowledge of plumbingplasteringand tiling

• Full UK manual driving licence

• A customer-focused approach with pride in delivering high-quality work

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support colleagues

• Reliable professional and committed to safe working practices

• Good communicationskills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and teams
