Working hours:39 hours per week 8:00am4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am3:30pm Friday paid overtime opportunities available(subject to business need)

Whatyoullbe doing
-
Carrying out general building repairs including brickwork paving fencing gates unblocking drains and associated works
-
Attending and completing all required training toolbox talks and e-learning modules
-
Communicating professionally and empathetically with customers colleagues and local stakeholders
-
Carrying out work safely and professionally ensuring customers homes are left clean and secure
-
Using PDA/mobile technology to receive update and manage repair jobs efficiently
-
Producingaccuraterecords including before-and-after photographs and detailed job notes
Whatyoullneed
-
NVQ level 2 is desirable however not essential or equivalent recognised competency in Bricklaying/General Building
-
Experience in the built environment ideally across multiple trades
-
Core trade experience in joinery with working knowledge of plumbingplasteringand tiling
-
Full UK manual driving licence
-
A customer-focused approach with pride in delivering high-quality work

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support colleagues

Reliable professional and committed to safe working practices
