Were looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Assistant to support the day-to-day kiosk operations deliver outstanding customer service and be a key part of our friendly team. What Youll Be Doing:

• Delivering top-tier customer service making every customer feel welcome and ensuring a friendly engaging atmosphere.
• Assisting with food & drink preparation supporting baristas and chefs in delivering fresh high-quality products.
• Keeping the kiosk running smoothly helping with cleaning stock replenishment and general upkeep.
• Taking orders & serving customers ensuring fast and efficient service with a smile.
• Presenting products beautifully ensuring displays look abundant inviting and visually appealing.
• Maintaining health & safety standards ensuring the kiosk remains clean safe and
• Bringing energy & enthusiasm supporting a positive team-focused work environment.

• A friendly customer-focused team player who loves working with people and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• An eye for detail & presentation passionate about making food displays look delicious uniform and abundant.
• A hardworking & reliable individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• A fast-paced operator who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys variety.
• A flexible & adaptable attitude ready to work weekends and peak periods but no evenings.
• Previous customer service experience some experience in providing great customer experience is preferred - well provide full training!
