Job Summary

ASAP Start Full-Time Monday to Friday Temporary 1 Term 120130 per day depending on experience

A school in Ealing is looking for a reliable General Admin Assistant to join its busy office team on a long-term temporary basis.

This is a varied position combining general administration and reception so youll need to be comfortable speaking with parents and visitors as well as keeping on top of everyday office tasks.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the school office.

  • Welcome visitors and deal with parent and staff enquiries.

  • Answer telephone calls and respond to emails.

  • Maintain accurate records and update school systems.

  • Assist with correspondence filing and general paperwork.

  • Support attendance and other routine school administration.

  • Help ensure the reception area and office run smoothly.

  • Handle confidential information professionally.

What Were Looking For
  • Previous experience in school administration reception or a similar setting.

  • Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

  • A friendly professional manner.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.

  • Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding.

Experience with Arbor SIMS or Bromcom would be beneficial.
