As a maintenace planner (m/f/d) you are responsible for:
Own the computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) and processes including planning scheduling and inventory management to support the equipment maintenance team including:
CMMS data entry auditing and updates including: Assets Inventory and Schedules
Create daily/weekly work schedules for the maintenance technicians
Using CMMS data to provide insight to the maintenance team to improve equipment mean time between failure and line reliability
Management of the maintenance spares
Raising purchase requests and following through internal sign off process to convert to Purchase Orders
Communicating with Contractors to arrange site visits request risk assessments and method statements and post works service reports
raising of Permits and Booking into the business V/M system.
Essential requirements:
Have experience using Microsoft applications (Excel Word power point & Outlook)
Have an excellent telephone manner be motivated and hard working with a can-do attitude
Experience with works order planning and part procurement in an engineering environment
Process minded with database experience
Good verbal and written communicator
Drive and determination to succeed in any given task with a flexible approach
Team player; willing to assist with achieving company goals & objectives
Pro-active; can work effectively under own initiative
Organised; able to plan and prioritise work effectively
Self-determination and drive to learn and succeed
Strong organisational and planning ability
Logical methodical thinker and problem solver
