The Role WhatYoullBe Doing
As Gas Engineering Supervisoryoullcombine hands-on technical work with team leadership to ensure safe compliant and efficient gas services across multiple sites.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead support and motivate a team of Gas Engineers and technicians
Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence
Deliver regular safety briefings audits and training sessions
Technical & Compliance Excellence
Carry out advanced diagnostics repairs and installations
Ensure 100% compliance with Gas Safety Regulations
Oversee gas inspections certification and documentation
Manage SharePoint systems including compliance tracking and calibration records
Audit works and lead investigations where
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with clients building managers and contractors
Coordinate maintenance and ensure minimal service disruption
Attend and contribute to monthly Gas forums
Emergency Response
Take control of emergency gas situations
Lead rapid response teams to ensure safe and effective resolution
WhatWereLooking For
Youllbe a technically strong engineer with leadership experience and a passion forhigh standards.
Gas Safe registered with full commercial and domestic qualifications
(CCN1 CPA1 CENWAT COCN1 CODNCO1 ICPN1 CORT1 CDGA1 CIGA1 TPCP1A)
Minimum 5 years experience in commercial gas engineering
Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers
Strong knowledge of commercial plant rooms boilers and heating systems
Confident with compliance audits and technical documentation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Full UK driving licence
