Are you ready to take the next step in your civils career Were looking for a proactive and safetyfocused Ganger to lead a small team delivering essential civils work across the drainage this role you will take ownership of daily site activities carrying out excavations manhole rebuilds repairs and installations while ensuring work is completed safely efficiently and to a high standard. You will be responsible for conducting daily risk assessments coordinating site operations overseeing plant and materials requests maintaining accurate records and ensuring vehicles and equipment are used correctly and safely. This is a handson leadership role where no two days are the same and where your skills will make a real impact.

You will be working all over Sussex.

Experience & Knowledge

• Groundworks or utilities experience in a civils environment
• Familiarity with industry tools plant and machinery
• Understanding of health & safety and safe site practices

Skills & Behaviours

• Strong communication and teamleadership abilities
• Ability to follow instructions and make sound safe decisions on site
• Reliable selfmotivated and able to work independently
• Physically capable of undertaking manual tasks

Qualifications

• Full clean driving licence
• NRSWA (Streetworks)
• Cat & Genny training
