What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript NodeJS and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices to enhance code quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Engage in agile development processes delivering features and enhancements in iterative cycles.
- Monitor and analyze application performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the future direction of the product.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 24 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on product delivery.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and with hands-on experience in NodeJS and React.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Preferred
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in software development.
- Experience in enterprise or manufacturing software solutions.

Compensation and Benefits
