Full Time Care Assistant- Marlborough

At Home Instead we believe care is personal. We support older adults to remain independent comfortable and connected in their own homes and were looking for kind compassionate people to join our friendly team covering Marlborough and surrounding areas.

Your Role 

As a Care Assistant youll build meaningful relationships with regular clients and provide high-quality person-centred care including: 

• Personal care and daily support 

• Meal preparation and medication assistance 

• Companionship conversation and reassurance 

• Support with outings appointments and pet care 

Working With Us 

• Average 30 hours per week 

• Availability required between 7.30am 10pm (split shifts) 

• Alternate weekends with a day off in lieu 

• Paid client introductions so you feel confident and supported from day one

  (Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.) 

Qualifications :

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a naturally caring empathetic dependable and patient disposition.

• Experience: No formal care experience required full training will be provided to achieve your Care Certificate and beyond. Previous personal or professional care experience is welcomed but not essential.

Additional Information :

• A caring dependable and professional approach 

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential due to the rural nature of our client base) 

• Right to work in the UK 

• An enhanced DBS check will be required as part of the recruitment process.
