We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Customer Service Manager to help lead our Front End this role you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional shopping experience while supporting daily operations and developing team members.
What Youll Do
- Lead Front End operations and ensure fast friendly service
- Supervise and support cashiers and office staff
- Step in as Manager-on-Duty for the Front End when needed
- Help drive sales control costs and reduce shrink
- Train coach and recognize team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Manage scheduling and ensure proper coverage
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous retail or customer service leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership mindset with a passion for customer service
- Basic computer and cash-handling proficiency
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Frequent walking bending and reaching
- Ability to handle cash and operate equipment such as registers and scanners
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures
