An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Front of House Supervisor to join a well-established hotel and restaurant on the Isle of Wight.

This is a business that has built its reputation through warm genuine hospitality quality food and consistently strong guest experiences. Operating a successful hotel restaurant bistro and events operation the team are now looking to strengthen their front-of-house leadership structure.

This role would suit an experienced Supervisor Senior Waiter/Waitress Restaurant Supervisor or Duty Manager looking to take the next step in their hospitality career.

The Role

Working closely with the management team you will help oversee the day-to-day running of front-of-house operations ensuring guests receive professional welcoming and memorable service throughout their visit.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading shifts across restaurant bar and hotel operations

• Supporting and developing junior front-of-house team members

• Delivering warm attentive and genuine hospitality

• Assisting with guest relations and resolving issues professionally

• Maintaining service standards and operational consistency

• Supporting management with daily organisation and team communication

• Helping create a positive and supportive working culture

The Ideal Candidate

• Current Front of House Supervisor Restaurant Supervisor or Senior Waiter/Waitress

• Experience within quality hotels restaurants or hospitality venues

• Strong guest service skills and natural leadership ability

• Calm organised and professional under pressure

• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality

• Keen to progress into Assistant Manager level in the future
