Pareto FM is looking for a professional approachable and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join one of our client sites.

This is a key front-facing role where youll be responsible for creating a welcoming professional experience for all visitors tenants contractors and colleagues while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace.

The Role

As a Front of House Team Member youll act as the face of the workplace providing a warm welcome managing front desk operations and supporting workplace services and administration.

This is a varied role combining customer service coordination administration and operational support ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and working as part of a wider team.

Key Responsibilities
Front of House & Reception
  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants visitors and contractors

  • Deliver a professional welcoming and customer-focused experience at all times

  • Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue passes where required

  • Handle incoming calls emails and general enquiries efficiently

  • Respond to staff requests queries and workplace issues in a timely manner

  • Manage internal systems including:

    • Meeting room bookings

    • Visitor bookings

    • Access passes

    • Loading bay and delivery permits

  • Support with the setup and coordination of evening events when required

Administration & Workplace Support
  • Carry out general administrative duties and maintain accurate records

  • Log incidents and maintain site documentation

  • Support facilities administration reports and compliance paperwork

  • Assist the Workplace Manager with ad-hoc tasks and operational support

  • Participate in an on-call rota if required

What Were Looking For
Essential
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Calm professional and proactive approach in customer-facing environments

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Flexible approach to supporting events outside normal working hours where required

  • Basic IT skills including email and Microsoft Office

Desirable
  • Previous experience within front of house reception facilities or security roles

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety or building security procedures

  • Experience working within a 5-star customer service environment
