Youre a foodie with hands-on experience working in a supermarket Fresh department commercial kitchen hospitality food manufacturing environment or building your own food-based side hustle. Youre always keeping an eye on whats next love a good food trend and get a kick out of seeing a great idea come to life. Ideally youll also bring:

• Real-world food experience and a genuine passion for the industry
• A habit of spotting food trends before they hit the mainstream
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to keep projects moving from idea to launch
• The ability to get people on board and bring ideas to life
• Strong digital skills and curiosity about how AI can improve the way we work
• The confidence to back your ideas and challenge the status quo
