What youll be doing
As a Fraud Analyst you will:
- Provide insight to the business to reduce the risk of loss and fraud associated with retail stock
- Proactively identify compliance errors fraud and/ or suspect activity through timely routine forensic analysis of all available and relevant data sources including associated monitoring processes for all control processes
- Identify common trends and develop a deep understanding of fraudulent methodology to continuously improve our investigative analysis
- Identify risk in current policy & processes recommend new solutions to mitigate or minimise identified risk in all areas of accountability
- Identify risk in current system builds and platform constraints recommend new solutions to mitigate or minimise identified risk
What youll need to have (our must-haves)
- High standards of written and verbal communication skills and have strong impact and influence skills
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with a high concern for order and quality
- Experience of data analysis across large varied and complex data sets
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work cross functionally build and manage stakeholder relationships
It would be great if you also have
- Experience in retail or stock management
- Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and tools
- Proficiency in excel is essential with Power BI experience
