Heres the facts about the role:
Were looking for an organised and proactive Compliance Coordinator to join our Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) team. In this important role youll support in the delivery of our statutory and regulatory responsibilities helping to manage compliance coordinate inspections and remedial works maintain accurate records and compliance data and work closely with customers contractors and colleagues to deliver an excellent service. Youll play a key role in ensuring our homes remain safe while supporting continuous improvement across our compliance activities.

As an FRA Compliance Coordinator youll monitor compliance systems and databases manage documentation and certification raise purchase orders and process invoices and help ensure all compliance activities are completed on time and in line with legislation H&S requirements and best practice. Youll be a trusted point of contact providing excellent customer service supporting customer enquiries and helping the team make informed decisions through accurate and reliable data.

Were looking for someone with experience of working with systems spreadsheets and data management ideally within a compliance property housing or asset management environment. Youll have strong Microsoft Excel & Word skills strong contract administration skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Youll also have a keen eye for detail with a commitment to data accuracy. Knowledge of asset management systems FRA and H&S practices would be advantageous but its not essential. Most importantly youll be self-motivated customer-focused and able to take ownership of your work building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders while thriving in a busy environment.

As this role involves occasional travel between our offices and sites a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is a requirement. Business mileage will be paid on the occasions you are travelling outside of your usual commute.
