The Role
As a founding Platform Engineer youll build and own the infrastructure powering live trading research and machine learning. Working closely with founders traders and researchers youll design scalable reliable systems that give the firm a technological edge.
Requirements
- Strong Linux and AWS experience.
- Excellent programming skills in Python (Go Rust C or Java beneficial).
- Experience building and operating production infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Terraform CI/CD and observability tooling.
- Experience with PostgreSQL Redis Kafka ClickHouse or similar technologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting trading quantitative research or low-latency systems.
- Strong understanding of security reliability and distributed systems.
- Background in high-performance engineering or financial markets.
