Founders Associate Growing E-commerce & Digital Agency South West London (Hybrid)

A fast-growing e-commerce and digital marketing agency is looking for a highly organised and ambitious Founders Associate to work directly alongside the leadership team.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business with significant responsibility from day one. Youll have a front-row seat to how a growing agency operates while helping drive its continued success.

The Role

No two days are the same. Your responsibilities may include:

• Preparing client reports and performance summaries
• Conducting market research building prospect lists and creating briefing documents
• Drafting emails LinkedIn content and marketing communications
• Reviewing client deliverables to ensure quality before they are shared
• Coordinating meetings events and travel arrangements
• Maintaining CRM systems and internal business processes
• Providing operational support wherever needed to keep the business running efficiently
