We are seeking a highly motivated Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world customer business challenges. The ideal candidate will work directly with customers product teams and engineering organizations to design customize deploy and scale AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. As an FDE you will act as a trusted technical advisor solution architect and hands-on engineer helping customers successfully adopt Generative AI Machine Learning Agentic AI LLM-based applications and AI-driven automation solutions.

• Customer Engagement & Solution Delivery: Partner with customers to understand business objectives workflows and operational challenges. Translate business requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions. Lead technical discovery sessions workshops and solution demonstrations. Drive customer success by ensuring successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions. Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal engineering/product teams.
• AI Solution Development & Deployment: Develop and customize Generative AI Agentic AI and Machine Learning solutions for customer-specific use cases. Build AI assistants copilots intelligent automation and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) applications. Design and integrate AI workflows with enterprise systems databases APIs and business applications. Fine-tune prompts optimize AI workflows and improve model performance. Deploy AI solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership during customer implementations. Create solution architectures deployment strategies and technical design documents. Recommend best practices for AI governance security privacy and responsible AI adoption. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to influence product roadmaps based on customer feedback.
• Product Adoption & Value Realization: Monitor adoption metrics and identify opportunities for optimization. Define and measure business value delivered through AI implementations. Support customers in scaling successful pilots into enterprise-wide deployments. Deliver training sessions and technical enablement programs for customer teams.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay current with advances in Generative AI LLMs AI Agents Vector Databases Prompt Engineering and AI Infrastructure. Build reusable frameworks accelerators and deployment methodologies. Contribute to solution playbooks knowledge repositories and best practices.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science Software Engineering or related field.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python Java JavaScript or similar technologies.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI Azure OpenAI Anthropic Gemini Llama Mistral etc.).
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain LangGraph Semantic Kernel LlamaIndex CrewAI or AutoGen.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases such as Pinecone Weaviate Chroma FAISS or Azure AI Search.
• Experience with REST APIs Microservices and Enterprise Integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization and deployment technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD and MLOps practices.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers.
• Strong presentation communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience deploying AI solutions in regulated industries such as Healthcare Financial Services Insurance Telecom or Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of AI governance responsible AI security and compliance frameworks.
• Experience implementing RAG architectures and enterprise AI assistants.
• Exposure to AI observability evaluation frameworks guardrails and monitoring platforms.
• Experience with Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems.
• Relevant certifications in Azure AI Azure OpenAI AWS AI/ML GCP AI or related technologies.
