Our client is looking to appoint a creative and enthusiastic Food Technology Teacher to join their school in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who enjoys developing students practical abilities while also building their understanding of food nutrition preparation and healthy living.

The successful applicant will teach across KS3 and KS4 and will be responsible for delivering lessons that are engaging practical and appropriately challenging. You will encourage students to develop independence creativity and confidence while ensuring that all practical activities are delivered safely and effectively.

• Qualified Food Technology Teacher

• Ability to teach Food Technology at KS3 and KS4

• QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• Relevant degree or subject specialism

• Strong knowledge of practical food preparation and nutrition

• Ability to maintain a safe and positive practical learning environment

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Legal ability to work in the UK
