The Role

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our F&B outlets; maintaining high standards of quality and maximising guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations across all our F&B outlets.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the F&B team ensuring they are motivated trained and equipped to deliver outstanding service.
  • Oversee the setup and preparation of dining areas ensuring they are clean organised and properly stocked with supplies.
  • Monitor service standards to ensure efficient and attentive service delivery addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of menus promotions and special events to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain inventory levels and control costs by minimising waste and implementing effective stock rotation procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations food hygiene standards and licensing laws at all times.
  • Handle guest enquiries complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner striving to resolve issues to the guests satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Kitchen Housekeeping Membership and Front Office to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness hygiene and presentation standards in all F&B areas.
  • Ensure team members are working flexibly to meet business requirements across all F&B areas moving between outlets to cover business peaks or breaks.
  • Assist in the recruitment training and performance management of food and beverage staff conducting regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback.

What were looking for:

To be successful in this role you must possess the following qualifications attitude behaviours skills and values:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferably in a Hotel or Members Club setting.
  • Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations including service skills and cost control.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Personal Licence holder (preferred but not essential)
