Food & Beverage Team Member

ibis London Barking is searching for a Multi Skilled Food & Beverage Team Member to join our friendly kitchen team. Working 15 hours per week at 14.37 per hour plus benefits youll help prepare and serve great food support our guests throughout their stay and create the warm welcoming atmosphere that makes ibis such a great place to stay and work.

What youll be doing

Youll be involved in a variety of tasks including:

• Preparing and presenting our breakfast buffet including a full English breakfast
• Cooking and presenting evening menu items to brand standards
• Keeping the kitchen organised clean and fully prepared for service
• Monitoring stock levels and rotating stock correctly
• Ensuring food safety hygiene and HACCP standards are always met
• Receiving and storing deliveries safely
• Working closely with colleagues across the hotel to deliver a great guest experience
• Supporting wherever needed to keep service running smoothly

• Previous kitchen or food & beverage experience is helpful but personality and willingness to learn are just as important
