ESS Defence provides food service and hospitality support to Defence sites across Australia. We deliver high quality dining and service that support the wellbeing of Australian Defence Force personnel.

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at RAAF Base Richmond. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to candidates who enjoy leading teams delivering quality service and maintaining high standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and support front-of-house and service teams
Oversee dining room operations and daily service delivery
Coordinate meal services and functions
Maintain food safety hygiene and HACCP standards
Deliver high levels of customer service and presentation

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience in hospitality food service or supervisory roles
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Well organised with the ability to manage priorities
Ability to obtain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
