Passionate about guest interaction food and beverage As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

As our next Food & Beverage Supervisor you

• Provide guidance and support to the Food and Beverage team helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
• Are responsible for ensuring the Food & Beverage outlet/s run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food drink and service they receive.
• Give attention to detail ensuring that that the work environment is a safe pleasant and well-maintained space.
• Are involved in daily financial administrative tasks stock management and end of month reporting.
• Assist in leading mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
• Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.

Qualifications :

• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
