Are you passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences and supervising a dynamic hospitality team CIM Business Centre is looking to hire a confident customer-focused Food and Beverage Supervisor (maternity cover) to join our vibrant front-of-house team.

Youll be at the helm of our restaurant operations ensuring a smooth service and happy guestsevery single day. From table layout to buffet displays from rostering to stock counts your sharp eye and warm leadership will keep things running like clockwork.

In a typical day Youll be:

• Welcoming guests with a big smile and professional charm
• Supervising food and beverage operations during your shift
• Supporting your team through hands-on leadership and mentoring
• Keeping the restaurant spotless and service standards sky-high
• Handling cash/card payments and monitoring stock levels
• Working closely with kitchen staff and senior management
• Regularly checking in with your team to support their growth and development

For this role youll need:

• Great communication and people skills
• A proactive methodical approach and a love of teamwork
• Flexible attitude and high personal presentation
• Previous experience in hospitality (its a bonus if youve worked in hotels or conference centres)
• Leadership skills and confidence managing casual and full-time staff
