Food & Beverage Service Manager (FMX)

We are seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Service Manager to oversee operations of our Breakfast Restaurant & Bar. Reporting to the Multi-Site Food & Beverage Manager the ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences a keen eye for detail and strong leadership skills. This is a key shift leadership role where youll drive service standards support your team on the floor and ensure our guests enjoy a vibrant dining experience.

What youll be doing:

• Leading Breakfast Restaurant and Bar operations
• Supporting and coaching team members
• Delivering exceptional guest service and resolving issues confidently
• Managing RSA compliance food safety and Health & Safety standards
• Managing stock control cost management and daily reporting

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years F&B leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of food wine beer and cocktails
• Confident managing busy service periods
• Commercially aware with a focus on team culture and guest satisfaction
• Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
