Located on Broad Street in Birmingham city centre Novotel Birmingham Centre is a busy hotel serving business travellers conference delegates event attendees and leisure guests throughout the year.

The Position

As a Food & Beverage Team Member youll play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences across the hotels restaurant bar and event spaces. From breakfast service through to evening dining and conferences youll help deliver outstanding hospitality while ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout the guest journey.

This is a varied hands-on role offering the opportunity to gain experience across multiple areas of the hotel.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
• Serving food and beverages during breakfast lunch and dinner service
• Preparing and serving drinks in the hotel bar
• Assisting with the setup service and clearing of meetings conferences and banqueting events
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards across all Food & Beverage areas
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide a seamless guest experience
• Supporting the wider hotel team during busy periods and special events

About You

Were looking for friendly and reliable team players who enjoy working with people and thrive in a busy hospitality environment.

Youll have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering great service. Previous Food & Beverage experience would be beneficial but just as important is a willingness to learn work as part of a team and consistently go the extra mile for guests.

As this is a casual zero-hours position youll need to be flexible with your availability and able to work a variety of shifts to support the needs of the business including evenings weekends and bank holidays.
