Job Description
Were looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic FOH Assistant to join our dynamic team in New Hall School United this role youll be the backbone of our operations providing essential support across multiple departments and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. As a FOH Assistant youll work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels bringing a can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence to everything you do.
- Maintain organized and clean work areas ensuring all supplies and materials are properly stored and inventoried
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to internal and external stakeholders addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Follow proper health safety and organizational procedures to maintain a secure and compliant workplace
- Participate in training sessions and meetings related to organisational procedures safety protocols and customer service standards
- Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and contribute to a positive inclusive work environment
Qualifications :
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly professional demeanor
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated
- Flexible approach to work with a genuine can-do attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
- Good Health & Safety knowledge and understanding of workplace compliance procedures
- Reliable punctual and committed to supporting organisational goals
- Problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness in addressing challenges
- Preferred: Experience working in a corporate educational or similar organizational environment
- Preferred: Experience in Hospitality and FOH roles beforeĀ
