FOH Supervisor

Salary 13 PH x 37.5 hours 1

11am - 7.30pm ( 8 hours plus 30 minutes unpaid break)

Working 5 days Monday to Friday term time only (170 days - 165 working days and 5 inset working days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the catering serviced ensuring smooth service across the dining rooms and BOH areas.

• Lead and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and member satisfaction

• Assist in staff training scheduling and performance monitoring

• Ensure the school maintains a clean safe and welcoming environment

• Support the management team in implementing policies and enhancing service offerings

• Oversee events

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a catering environment

• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

• Flexible availability as may involve some weekends
