What you will be doingClientsUsing sales business development marketing techniques and networking to identify new business opportunitiesBuilding and developing positive relationships with clientsNegotiating terms of businessDeveloping a good understanding of client companies their industry what they do their work culture and environmentAdvertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts through a range of media - social media job boards etcWorking towards and exceeding targets - interviews booked new clients secured placements made etcKeeping abreast of the market to ensure effectiveness of selection techniquesCandidatesPro-actively sourcing and selecting candidates utilising social media job boards referrals and CV databases to build a candidate poolResponsible for managing the candidate flow via pre-screening and telephone interviewing to ensure high calibre candidates are registered and worked withQualifying candidates in regard to their expectations and requirementsIdentify skills and behaviours throughout the selection process to match appropriately against specific requirements/ vacanciesProvide a great candidate experience throughout the candidate journeyMaintaining contact with prospective candidates dealing with questions and queries in regard to the application process and keeping control of candidatesPreparing candidates for interviews - advice / guidance etcResponsible for managing and working several vacancies at any one time and changing the interview process - booking and scheduling interviews and taking and delivering feedback to with candidates and managing the offer other reasonable duties as directed by your line managerCandidate RequirementsStrong experience of a full 360 recruitment desk with a proven history of consistent understanding of recruitment processesProficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plusGood knowledge of candidates selection methodsGood understanding of Employer Branding strategiesExperience with candidate sourcing tools and methodsCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsGood interpersonal presentation and communication skillsTeam playerGood time-management skills
