FM Compliance & Contract Co-Ordinator
Job Summary
About the role
This role offers a unique chance to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced administrative position within the Codi Facilities Management Team. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills across a range of FM duties and establish relationships with various departments within the company as well as external contractors.
Your responsibilities will include dealing with contractors and undertaking building you will assist in managing contracts under the FM teams remit. You will also provide support for Compliance areas managed by the FM team uploading data and proving information to colleagues on the FM is a great opportunity for anyone seeking a career within facilities management and buildings compliance.
Skills and Experience Needed
First and foremost you should have experience in an administrative role. Additionally experience of delivering excellent customer service is highly valued as it demonstrates your ability to interact effectively and provide exceptional service. Flexibility and adaptability are essential traits as you will encounter diverse situations and the role is for someone who enjoys variety. The role also demands the ability to maintain professionalism in a busy environment while remaining motivated as requirements and priorities change. Finally proficiency in office software Word Excel and Outlook (email and calendars) is crucial to efficiently manage administrative tasks and communications.
We are looking for someone who can work well both independently and as part of a team. You should be able to manage your own workload effectively and prioritise tasks accordingly. Strong multitasking and communication skills are essential as you will interact with colleagues customers and contractors on a regular basis.

Pay and Pensions
- 26836.00 per annum
- 12 month Fixed term contract / internal secondment opportunity
- Pension Choices:
- Defined Contribution (DC) Scheme with matched contributions up to 10%. Or
- Defined Benefit (DB) 1/80th of final salary for every year of service.

Time off and Flexibility
