The Fluids Operatoris responsible for building and testing filter elements and assemblies. This position reports to the Fluids Value Stream Leader and is part of the Fluids departmentlocatedin Redruth and will be an on-site role.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

- Build and assemble critical components for the Aerospace industry

- Work collectively with a team on shifts

- Develop within role learning new skills and operations

The essential requirements of the job include:

- Experience with hands-on manufacturing operations with a great attention to detail.

- Demonstrated experience with operation Health & Safety and Quality requirements in manufacturing.

- The ability to following technical work instructions and drawings.

- Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you alsopossesspreviousexperience in:

- Engineering

- Manufacturing
