FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: Bardon Hill Coalville Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver Job Type: Temp to Perm Working Hours: 4 on 4 off nights 18:00-06:00 including weekends as per shift roster Salary: Circa 32800 per annum (including attendance bonus) About Our Client: A leading UK timber processing company specialising in timber harvesting sawmilling pallet and packaging production and distribution. Seeking an experienced FLT Yard Counterbalance Driver for a temp-to-perm role. Main Duties: As a FLT Counterbalance Driver your responsibilities will include:

Operate FLT Counterbalance to feed pallets onto the conveyor and support uninterrupted production

Balance work between yard and factory environments Maintain quality and safety standards Monday-Friday: predominantly forklift work; weekends: mix of forklift general

yard duties and cleaning Requirements: We are looking for FLT Counterbalance Driver who:

Minimum 12 months forklift experience Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting Valid Counterbalance certification obtained within the last 3 years

Benefits:

Competitive pay with attendance bonus. Basic pay 14.24 per hour plus 1.43 attendance bonus per hour; overtime paid

at 1.5x. Overtime is available.
