Were looking for a Fleet Service & Repair Executive to join our Flex Rental team.

This is a busy varied role where youll help keep our rental fleet moving and make sure damage and maintenance costs are managed correctly. Youll work closely with our workshop team suppliers and customers helping to coordinate repairs process invoices and deal with damage-related queries.

If youre someone who enjoys being organised has a good eye for detail and likes working with different people this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing vehicle condition reports for returned vehicles and arranging repair estimates where needed
• Keeping vehicle records and stock information up to date
• Working with repairers and suppliers to ensure repairs are completed as quickly as possible
• Contacting customers when repair costs need approval
• Raising damage recharge invoices and ensuring they are sent out promptly
• Processing maintenance and repair invoices for approval and payment
• Responding to customer questions about vehicle damage repair costs and invoices
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation
• Monitoring ongoing repairs and helping to keep workloads on track
• Supporting the wider Flex Operations team with day-to-day administration

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a vehicle rental fleet automotive or similar environment
• Experience handling invoices and administration tasks
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confident communication skills and a professional approach
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
• Good IT skills including Excel Word and Outlook
• A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in when needed
• Someone who takes ownership of their work and sees things through

• Experience processing vehicle damage recharges
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs maintenance or fleet operations
• Experience working with suppliers and repair networks
• A full UK driving licence
