Werelooking for a Fleet Project Delivery Manager to join Anglian Waters Commercial Operations team and play a key role in delivering fleet and plant assetprogrammesacross our businessas well as managingother fleet related projects where.
This is a delivery-focused role responsible for ensuring vehicles plantandoperational assets are plannedprocuredand implemented efficiently across their lifecycle.Youllcoordinate multiple workstreams working closely with Procurement Commercial Fleet and Operational teams as well as external suppliers to ensure assets are delivered on time to specification and ready for operational use.
Whatyoullbe doing:
Manage the end-to-end delivery of fleet and plant asset implementation projects
Coordinate project timelinesmilestonesand deliverables to ensure on-time delivery
Oversee the full asset ordering process ensuring specifications and requirements areaccurate
Work with Procurement and suppliers to manage quotations leadtimesand delivery schedules
Monitor project performanceidentifyingrisks and implementing corrective actions
Coordinate internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery and implementation
Oversee vehicle and asset handovers ensuring readiness for operational deployment
Manage asset lifecycle activity including returnsreplacementsand disposals
Produce reports and dashboards to track project progress and supplier performance
Maintainaccuraterecords and documentation in line with governance requirements
Build strong stakeholder relationships to support effective delivery
Drive continuous improvement across planning and delivery processes
Whatwerelooking for
Experience delivering projects within fleet transport automotiveplantor asset environments
Experience managing multiple workstreams or projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management
Experience working with suppliers and third-party providers
Strong planning andorganisationalskills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong analytical capability and reporting experience
Competent user of Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel
Desirable:Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 APM).Experience within utilitieslogisticsor fleet environments. Knowledge of fleet or asset systems.
