Flavour Lab Technician

Im currently recruiting for a Flavour Laboratory Technician to join a growing food manufacturing business in North Somerset.

This is a hands-on opportunity within an R&D laboratory supporting the preparation and development of flavour samples for customers across the UK and European food markets.

The role includes:

• Preparing and compounding flavour samples
• Managing raw materials and laboratory consumables
• Preparing labels and documentation for sample despatch
• Working to GMP quality and safety standards
• Supporting the wider R&D team in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate will have:

• Laboratory kitchen food manufacturing or similar practical experience
• Strong attention to detail and organisation
• Good Microsoft Office skills particularly Word and Excel
• A flexible proactive approach
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK

Location: Somerset
Salary: Competitive depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week MondayFriday
