Aluminium Window & Door Installer

Purpose of the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Aluminium Window & Door Installer to join their growing installation

team working on a wide range of residential and commercial projects.

This is a hands-on role requiring a skilled installer with experience fitting high-quality aluminium glazing

systems. The successful candidate will take pride in delivering exceptional workmanship while maintaining

the highest standards of safety professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Install aluminium windows doors and glazing systems to a high standard.

Work on both residential and commercial installation projects.

Remove existing windows and doors where required and prepare openings for new installations.

Install frames glazing units doors and associated hardware in accordance with manufacturer

specifications.

Ensure products are correctly aligned levelled and securely fixed.

Carry out glazing adjustments and final commissioning of installed products.

Apply sealants and complete all finishing work to achieve a high-quality installation.

Read and interpret installation drawings and site specifications.

Identify and resolve minor installation issues on site.

Work safely from ladders access equipment and scaffolding where required.

Maintain a clean organised and safe working environment.

Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service on every

installation.

Ensure all work complies with current Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Proven experience installing aluminium windows and doors.

Experience working on both residential and commercial projects.

Good understanding of aluminium glazing systems and installation techniques.

Ability to read technical drawings and installation details.

Strong attention to detail with excellent finishing skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach on site.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Reliable organised and professional attitude.

Essential Requirements

Full UK manual driving licence.

Experience installing aluminium window and door systems.
