Are you passionate about sports and the leisure industry If so we have an exciting opportunity for you! Were seeking a customer-focused Fitness & Lettings Officer to join our team working at our gym based at PlymptonAcademy.

The successful applicant will ideally hold a Level 2 Gym Instructor Qualification. As our Fitness and Lettings Officer you will oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures as well as prepare facilities for activities ensuring a welcoming environment. Delivering exceptional customer service with a positive proactive approach will be at the centre of your practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fitness Supervision: Oversee gym activities ensure safe equipment use and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers handle enquiries and promote our services.
• Operational Duties: Oversee health and Safety monitor site entry and manage daily operations including opening and closing the facility.
• Lettings Management: Manage club and group bookings ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

The post is based on a3-week rolling rotaas follows:

• Week 1:Thursday 4:00pm 10:00pm (6 hours)
• Week 2:No scheduled hours
• Week 3:Saturday and Sunday 8:45am 6:00pm (18.5 hours)

This equates to24.5 hours over a 3-week cycle averaging8.17 hours per week.
