Fitness Instructor & Membership Sales Consultant
Location: Tooting
Club: Energie Fitness Tooting
Hours: 30 hours per week (6-hour shifts)
Working Pattern
Week 1: Monday Friday
Week 2: Monday Tuesday Friday Saturday & Sunday
Salary: National Minimum Wage (in line with legal requirements) with scope for pay increases for the right candidate.

Energie Fitness Tooting is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor & Membership Sales Consultantto join our growing team. This is a varied role combining fitness coaching member support and membership sales making it ideal for someone who enjoys both training clients and building relationships.
Whether youre experienced within the fitness industry or just starting your career wed love to hear from you. While experience is beneficial a positive attitude strong work ethic and willingness to learn are absolutely essential.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Sales & Customer Engagement
Convert enquiries into memberships through face-to-face telephone and digital communication
Conduct tours of the facility using a needs-analysis approach identifying prospective members goals and requirements before recommending the most suitable membership option
Clearly explain the benefits features and value of each membership category matching these to individual prospect needs
Deliver fitness consultations and membership presentations
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members
Achieve membership sales targets and contribute to club growth
Follow up leads effectively and maintain accurate records
Ensure every member receives an outstanding customer experience
Fitness & Member Support
Conduct gym inductions and support members with their fitness journeys
Deliver fitness advice and guidance in line with qualifications
Promote personal training and additional club services where appropriate
Maintain a welcoming safe and motivating gym environment
Club Operations
Assist with reception duties and member enquiries
Support daily opening and closing procedures
Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the club
Assist with administration and general club operations
Represent the Energie Fitness brand professionally at all times
What Were Looking For
Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification (essential)
Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (essential)
Previous fitness industry experience is preferred but not essential
A genuine passion for health fitness and helping others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in sales and customer interactions
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivated organised and proactive
Flexible and able to work the required shift pattern including weekends
Applicants must live within approximately 40 minutes travel time of the club by public transport as early shifts commence at 05:50
