- Experience supporting individuals with financial hardship.
- Experience managing complex caseloads in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of welfare benefits Universal Credit and financial inclusion services.
- Strong partnership-working and customer support experience.
- GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
- Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Desirable
- Previous experience in local authority or council settings.
- Experience in Revenues & Benefits Welfare Support Financial Inclusion Housing or Debt Advice.
