Location: London office based 2-3 days per week the rest remote

About the Role
Deloitte Operations are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in financial crime regulatory or policy domains to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting large-scale change programmes and ensuring timely delivery across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Accountabilities
- Gather analyse and document business requirements related to financial crime regulatory or policy initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear actionable requirements
- Support the delivery of large change programmes managing priorities and deadlines effectively
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions to ensure alignment and successful implementation
- Facilitate workshops meetings and communication to drive project progress and stakeholder engagement.
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
- Experienced BA ideally in financial crime regulatory or policy focused.
- Experience of working on a big change programme or experience delivering to tight deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.
