Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Financial Analyst FP&A Intl Cluster 1 located in Leeds United Kingdom.

The Financial Analyst FP&A Intl Cluster 1 plays a key role in supporting financial planning forecasting and performance management across the International Cluster 1 organization. This role partners closely with commercial and operational leaders toprovidefinancial insight improve decisionmaking and support delivery of businessobjectives. The position offers strong exposure to international operations within a global MedTech environment and the opportunity to build core FP&A capabilities while contributing to business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support monthly quarterly and annual financial forecasting budgeting and planning cycles for International Cluster 1.

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports including P&L results variance analysis and key performance indicators.

  • Partner with commercial supply chain and functional stakeholders to understandperformancedrivers risks and opportunities.

  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business initiatives investments and resource allocation decisions.

  • Supportmonthend close activities by reviewing results explaining variances and ensuring accuracy of financial data.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes reporting tools and standard methodologies.

  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls policies and governance requirements.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business ora relatedfield (required).

  • Masters degree or MBA (preferred).

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Typically24 years of experience in financial analysis FP&A accounting or a related finance role.

  • Solid understanding of budgeting forecasting and financial performance analysis.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to translate financial data into clear actionable insights for nonfinance stakeholders.

  • Proficiencyin Excel and financial reporting or planning systems.

  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed international environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting international or regional finance organizations.

  • Exposure to MedTech healthcare or other regulated industries.

  • Experience with financial modeling and business case development.

  • Familiarity with ERP and planning tools (e.g. SAP Hyperion or similar).

  • Progress towarda professionalfinance qualification (e.g. CIMA ACCA CPA).

Other:

  • Language: English (fluent). Additional European language skills are an advantage.

  • Travel: Up to 10% international travel as business needs require.
