What You Can Expect:

SeniorsConsultants contribute by working with our clients as part of an engagement team with primary responsibility for direct supervision of Graduates and Consultants. Senior Consultants are core engagement team members who perform a variety of activities on projects which are assigned by engagement team leaders. Senior Consultantsfacilitatethe execution of project work plans and accept responsibility forappropriate decision-makingranging from staffing and preparation of deliverables to application of our commonmethodology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of key finance processes and associated risks including order to cashprocureto pay and record to report.

• Participate in workshops with client stakeholders to obtain an understanding of key finance processes risks gaps and inefficiencies across people process technologydataand internal controls.

• Document the current state of the clients key finance processes via process flow diagrams.

• Identifydocumentand communicate key finance process risksgapsand inefficiencies.

• Evaluate synthesiseorganizeand interpret data sets.

• Proactivelyidentifydocumentand communicate innovative ideas to simplify standardiseautomateand introduce best practices to key finance processes.

• Support the design of a clients finance target operating model across people process technologydataand internal controls.

• Draft final deliverables to capture the scope of the project key observations recommendations and suggested next steps.

• Execute project managementgovernanceand administration tasks.

• Assistwith business development through support of marketing initiatives.

• Maintain and further develop knowledge of emerging finance trends and technology through ongoing trainingdevelopmentand professional certification.

• Leadmentorand advise consultants and junior team members.

• Effectively application of Protivitis policies and methodologies.

• Accurately record time.

Do Your Talents Include the Following

• Experience in a Finance / Finance transformation role within consulting or industryandwe will consider those with external/internal audit or financial accounting.

• Experience in the design and implementation of finance transformation initiatives (e.g. finance processes optimisation finance target operating model technology solutions underpinning finance processes e.g. intelligent automation closing and reconciliation tools etc.)

• Self-startercanoperateindependently as well as collaboratively.

• Proventrack recordof using creative and logical problem-solving abilities to solve client / customer challenges.

• Candemonstrateunderstanding of the management of the commercial financial and resourcing aspects of client projects.

• Demonstration of commercial awareness.

Our WorkplaceandEmployment Process

Protiviti practices a hybridwordingmodelwhich is a combination of working in person with purpose and working remotely and is primarily dependent upon the needs of our client.Theminimumrequirement would be two daysin the office or client site.Theratio of remote to in-person requirements varies by client project team and other business factors.It can sometimes mean more of a full-time presence at our client.This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment.Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites which can include local orUK widetravel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.
