• Role: Finance Officer

• Location: Dudley Birmingham

• Environment: Collaborative school team with strong leadership and well-established administrative systems

• Managing day-to-day financial operations including purchase ledger sales ledger and invoicing.

• Assisting with budget preparation financial monitoring and reporting.

• Performing bank reconciliations and managing petty cash records.

• Collaborating closely with the School Business Manager and senior leadership on financial administration.

• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations audits and school policies.

• Proven experience in a finance accounting or bookkeeping role (previous experience within a school or education setting is an advantage).

• Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent organisational communication and attention-to-detail skills.
