Finance Manager UK

• Lead financial reporting and control including month-end quarter-end and year-end close balance-sheet governance reconciliations and segment analysis.
• Coordinate external audit and statutory reporting requirements.
• Prepare financial reporting analysis and presentations for the UK Board of Directors.
• Oversee treasury and liquidity across the UK legal-entity portfolio including bonds guarantees and related financial obligations.
• Manage the governance of a subsidiary Pension Scheme working with trustees advisers and other stakeholders.
• Support business-performance reporting financial decision-making and strategic initiatives led by the Head of Finance UK.
• Work across the UK finance team and collaborate across the wider Europe Finance organisation to strengthen processes consistency and financial governance.

Qualifications :

• A recognised professional accounting qualification - ACA ACCA CIMA or equivalent. These qualifications provide relevant pathways across financial reporting audit financial management and business strategy.
• Strong technical accounting financial reporting and control expertise together with experience of statutory reporting audit and treasury.
• Experience managing liquidity balance-sheet integrity and financial obligations within a complex or multi-entity organisation.
• Proven people-leadership capability and a commitment to developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with the confidence to work with senior leaders boards trustees advisers and cross-functional colleagues.
• Sound judgement attention to detail and the ability to combine operational delivery with support for strategic and process-improvement initiatives.
• Experience in the energy sector or another complex international business would be advantageous.
• A responsible collaborative and impact-focused approach aligned with Statkrafts values.
