• Previous experience in a finance accounts or school finance role

• Strong understanding of financial administration and accounting procedures

• Excellent organisational and numerical skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities

• Confident using Microsoft Office and financial management systems

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach

• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider school team

• Manage day-to-day financial administration and accounting processes

• Process invoices payments and purchase orders accurately

• Monitor income and expenditure

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Assist with budget monitoring and financial reporting

• Liaise with suppliers staff and external stakeholders

• Support payroll and other finance-related processes where required

• Ensure financial procedures and controls are followed appropriately
