Formed from a recipe that aims to make you into a leader of tomorrow our Finance Graduate -Taste The Future Program offers you a delicious blend of formal and on the job training that will expand your horizons while encouraging your personal and professional development.
Creating our future leaders
Over three years your learning with be sculpted by on the job industry experience where youll take on real responsibilities direct guidance from cream-of-the-crop managers and mentors and structured formal lessons from our in-house graduate academy. Youll also be supported in gaining your professional qualification (either in CIMA/ ACCA). With all this youll gain a holistic understanding of our business and grow in leaps and bounds.
The role:
Youll get to work across our Finance team in a series of real roles designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge and develop a whole host of skills to transform you into the highest quality finance business partner. This will include roles across our UK sites which will require flexibility and mobility over the 3-year scheme.
Rotations include partnering with our Sales Marketing Manufacturing & Operations teams as well as Financial Control Accounting and Projects.

Mobility to relocate - we ask for all Graduates to be flexible and willing to relocate for different roles this may be domestically and/or internationally
Starting salary: 33000 plus 2000 sign-on bonus
This position does not meet the minimum salary requirements for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Therefore we are unable to consider applicants who require sponsorship. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.

We will be holding our final stage assessment center for this role in-person at our Bournville offices on Monday 7th of December 2026. Reasonable travel expenses will be covered.
