About the Role

Were looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our Repairs & Maintenance teams across Codi Group. This is a strategic and collaborative role where youll work closely with senior leaders helping them understand financial performance plan for the future and make decisions that deliver value for our customers and communities. Youll be responsible for partnering with teams managing significant investment across our homes ensuring financial information is accurate meaningful and supports effective decision-making.

Youll play a key role in budget setting forecasting financial reporting and performance analysis whilst leading conversations around risks opportunities and continuous improvement. Youll also support the development of reporting tools drive improvements in financial processes and contribute to major transformation projects across our Repairs & Maintenance service.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and develop a small team build strong relationships with colleagues across the business and influence decisions at a senior level. Skills and Experience Needed

Were looking for someone with significant management accounting experience and a recognised accountancy qualification such as ACCA ACA CIMA or CIPFA. Youll be comfortable managing and analysing large budgets interpreting complex financial information and presenting clear recommendations to a range of audiences including senior leaders.

Youll have experience leading and developing teams managing competing priorities and working to deadlines without losing attention to detail. Strong Excel and analytical skills are important along with the ability to identify trends understand financial risks and spot opportunities for improvement.

Were looking for someone who communicates confidently builds positive working relationships and can support colleagues with varying levels of financial knowledge. Youll be comfortable constructively challenging thinking welcoming challenge from others and helping teams find practical solutions.

Experience of contract project or programme management within a social housing environment would be valuable as would an understanding of repairs and maintenance financial reporting.

This is a full-time permanent role (37 hours per week) with hybrid working and office bases in Cardiff Newport or Swansea.
